Max interval group training


Max Interval (MINT) Group Training is a heart pounding, muscle-burning workout under the guidance of a trained professional. MINT operates in groups of 2 – 4, for 55 minutes, providing a social atmosphere, where you can challenge yourself within a group of likeminded people. The small group size ensures that you are getting the time you need from the coach to make sure you are performing the exercises correctly to maximize results and minimize injury. This type of interval training, combined with proper nutrition, and lifestyle choices will enhance how you look and feel. If you're looking to push yourself, break a sweat, socialize and see results that work, this is the training for you. 

Mondays:       7-8am, 12-1pm & 4-5pm
Tuesdays:      12-1pm, 2-3pm  & 4-5pm 
Wednesday:  12-1pm & 4-5pm
Thursday:      12-1pm, & 4-5pm 
Fridays:         1130am-1230pm & 1230-130pm

COST: Drop in                                       = $35 + GST
